- Restocking Fees: $0.00 USD (No restocking fees will ever be levied against consumers).
3. Return Authorization Process
- Initiate your claim by emailing our compliance desk at info@spaca.shop with your original Order Number.
- Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label alongside detailed drop-off instructions.
- Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Do not send packages back without prior written approval.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, structurally broken, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will issue a replacement or a full immediate credit at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
