At SPACA, operated by SYNACK SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, we provide a premium, transparent shipping experience for our customers in Singapore. All prices and transactions on our store are structured in United States Dollars (USD).
1. Shipping Costs
- Standard Insured Shipping: FREE Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees, customs clearance surcharges, or handling fees at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Transit Timeline
Our global fulfillment process is strictly divided into two distinct structural phases to manage logistical accuracy:

3. Tracking Information
Once your payment is verified and processed, a tracking number and a direct tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email (info@spaca.shop). Please allow 24–48 hours for the logistical system to refresh the carrier status.
4. Address Amendments & Force Majeure
If you need to alter or correct your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our fulfillment facilities. SPACA holds no liability for delayed deliveries caused by custom clearing slow-downs, regional weather constraints, or wrong postal address configurations provided by the buyer.
